Shrimp, Veggie Lettuce Wraps!

This was a hit! It’s healthy, light, and full of raw real good flavor! Plus low calorie and filling! Hope you enjoy..and PS…sorry it took so long:/

 

Ingredients~

-Store bought cooked shrimp

-Bib lettuce

-Red Pepper

-Cucumber

-Mushrooms

-Green Onion

-Lime

-Lemon

-Garlic (optional)

– Jalapeno (optional)

– Asian Salad Dressing of your choice

– Soy Nuts

 

This is such a complicated recipe…Totally Joking!!!

So easy!

Chop all veggies to your desire…we like chunky!

Chop Shrimp

Pull lettuce leaves apart carefully and place ingredients in wrap!

Drizzle lemon and lime juice

Drizzle with Dressing!

Eat…and we also served this with some sushi! Store bought! And of course some hot sauce!
